The Game Developer Magazine is available digitally via the GT library (http://www.library.gatech.edu/). From the library website, simply do a "quick catalog search" for "game developer." Next, click "get fulltext copy." You will probably be asked to log in with your GT account here. After that, select your preferred archive.
